Do you offer overseas service?

Yes,We are dispatch engineer to overseas(During the COVID-19 outbreak, the company suspends training and installation services for Haipai engineers. We can provide online remote guidance or video guidance, as well as installation videos and installation instructions to help customers install and use.)

How about your delivery time?

1 week to 3 months.Depend on the size and quantity.

What warranty is provided for bioreactor?

Warranty is 1year.

All parts are provided for free if has quality problem during warranty. Only parts charged if out of warranty or human damaged. Technical support service is free for lifetime.

Yes, of course. Three points:

How to transport?

• By Sea: Suitable for large volume. Cheap and safe, but slow.
• By Air: Suitable for urgent order. More safe and fast.
• By Express: Such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS...Customs clearance included and sent to door, very convenient.

Who pays import fees and tariffs?

Import fees and tariffs are entirely the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to purchasing our products. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
